About Sarah:

Hi, I’m Sarah, a women’s somatic coach.

I help women reconnect with their bodies so they can move, love, and laugh without limits.

I bring together movement, somatic coaching, and pelvic floor work to support real, lasting shifts from the inside out. This isn’t about fixing or forcing change — it’s about building awareness, capacity, and connection in a way that truly sticks.

With over two decades of teaching, I create spaces that are experiential, supportive, and alive. My classes are a space for folks to have fun, learn, share and to relish their connection with their heart-body-minds. These practices are also woven into my 1:1 coaching, which makes this work vibrant and deeply experiential. I believe movement, transformation, and exercise can be pleasurable, creative, and deeply nourishing.

My greatest joy is feeling alive and embodied with a group of women — and seeing them leave lighter, fuller, and more connected to themselves.

I’m also a team coach, a mother and lover of dance, culture and languages. I call beautiful British Columbia, Canada, home.

BEING EMPOWERED IS

Personal power: by fulfilling our intentions and cultivating follow-through, we gain confidence and momentum as we bring our dreams to life.

Embodiment: what we know doesn’t always translate to how we think, feel or act but what we embody does.

Real talk: being courageous to be ourselves and not getting distracted with fluffy language.

Self-love: being the messy humans that we are and moving on from our past is the foundation of positive and lasting change. Self love includes boundaries, self-compassion, living aligned values and personal power.

Responsibility: when we take our lives on we can’t linger in victimhood/self-righteousness for too long. We can forgive ourselves and others for messing up, whilst having boundaries and self-respect.
