Empowerment Questions for Goddesses

Hello Sweet Movers,

Happy Sunday. 

I love to use Sundays for reflection time. It can be a great to get the journal out and reflect honestly on an area that's stuck and gently find ways to shift it. 

You might have gathered I am passionate about all things women's empowerment. This passion came from my own journey, which prompted these journal questions.  I love hearing from you- if you feel called, hit REPLY with your answers, I reply my emails with thought and care- I'm all ears. 

As many of you know, I am a recent empty nester and am a new life stage. I am happy to have shifted from some HUGE depleting patterns I thought I could never bust. I am also delighted to now be helping others do the same.

Questions:

-Do you have patterns you have tried to shift but are still stuck, in spite of “doing the work?”

I love Rilke's poem about living the questions now. To me it speaks to embodiment, rather than just knowing something mentally. More on how I created a healthy, vibrant baseline, weather single or partnered in another letter.
