Dear Women,

Leaking when you sneeze?
Pelvic heaviness or reduced sensation?
Uncomfortable sex?
A dip in libido and confidence?

Many women begin noticing these changes more during peri-menopause and menopause — and are told it’s simply part of aging. It doesn’t have to be — and we don’t have to accept it.

Ignoring your pelvic floor comes at a cost — confidence, intimacy, movement, strength, and long-term vitality.

Hormonal shifts during peri-menopause and menopause can amplify symptoms that may have already been quietly building for years. And yet most women are given very little support beyond “do your Kegels.”

So why doesn’t pelvic floor care always work?

Many of us know we “should” do more, but we don’t — and the reasons vary.

Too often, women are given:
• Endless reps
• Dry, disconnected workouts
• Photocopied handouts that gather dust
• Silence and shame around talking about “down below”

This workshop is here to change that.

Here’s the Truth (and the Good News)

Your pelvic floor is living muscle and fascia designed to contract, relax, and respond. With the right input, it can rebuild strength, coordination, and resilience — especially during times of hormonal transition.

This work isn’t just about stopping leaks.
It’s about feeling supported, connected, sensual, strong, and at home in your body again.

In This 60-Minute Live Training, You’ll Learn:

• How working with the nervous system reconnects you to your core and delivers faster results
• Breath-based practices that build strength, ease tension, and increase awareness sustainably
• How to work with your changing body during peri-menopause and menopause, rather than against it
• How to turn lack of motivation into devotion — creating a routine that makes pelvic floor care a lifelong, loved practice

No endless Kegels.
No dry workouts.

Just effective, integrated somatic practices that deliver real results.

If you’re ready to address this now — rather than waiting for symptoms to worsen — this workshop is for you

  • Sarah Hyams is a somatic coach specializing in pelvic floor work and the creator of Yoni Soma — a program that integrates nervous system regulation with pelvic floor and whole-body movement.

Sarah believes the pelvic floor deserves movement just like any other part of the body. Because it’s an area that holds so much — from physical tension to lived experiences and life stories — it also deserves deep care and attention.

She teaches that pelvic floor work doesn’t have to become another “to-do” on your list. Instead, it’s about building a relationship with this part of your body: listening, reconnecting, and turning duty into devotion. That’s when the results truly last.

Her training includes Somatic Coaching (ICF), Essentrics Body Conditioning, Yonilates, Aquafit Instructor Training, Yin Yoga, and Somatic Dance.

  • Do I need to have pelvic floor issues to attend?

No. Many women come because they feel disconnected from their pelvic floor or know it deserves more attention — not because they have symptoms. This workshop is about awareness, connection, and sustainable care, whether or not you’re experiencing issues.

Will we be moving, and do I need special equipment?

There will be short, gentle movement and breath-based practice (about 10 mins in total), all of which will be seated. You won’t need any equipment — just a comfortable space where you can sit.

Is this workshop appropriate if I have more complex pelvic floor symptoms?

This workshop is educational and supportive, but it’s not a replacement for individualized medical care. If you have more complex symptoms, you’ll learn helpful foundational practices and also understand when and why addition support can be valuable.

    What’s the vibe?

Real-talk, grounded, fun, informative, and empowering.
