What’s The Pelvic Floor Reset?

A one-of-a-kind workshop where pelvic floor physiotherapy meets somatic movement, helping you build awareness, strength, and sustainable support for your pelvic floor — for life.

Leaking when you sneeze, laugh, or exercise?
Tension or discomfort during sex?
A feeling of heaviness, numbness, or reduced sensation?
A dip in libido?

Many women experience pelvic floor changes during life transitions like pregnancy, postpartum recovery, menopause, or simply aging.

We’re often told this is just “normal.”
But normal doesn’t mean you have to live with it.

Ignoring pelvic floor health can affect confidence, intimacy, movement, and long-term vitality. The good news is that the pelvic floor is responsive tissue that can rebuild strength, coordination, and ease when given the right support.

And it’s not just about doing more exercises.

Your pelvic floor isn’t simply something to strengthen — it’s something to reconnect with. It responds to breath, movement, posture, and the nervous system that coordinates it all. When these systems work together, pelvic floor care becomes far more effective — and far more sustainable.

Rather than endless reps that are easy to abandon, discover a pelvic floor practice can become a mindful ritual — a way to build a lasting relationship with your body.

In This 3-Hour Workshop You’ll Learn

• How the pelvic floor, breath, and nervous system work together to restore strength and responsiveness
• Why many pelvic floors are tight or overworking, not simply weak
• Simple breath-based practices that build support while easing tension
• Movement and awareness techniques that help you feel and coordinate your pelvic floor in everyday life with Sarah Hyams, somatic pelvic floor coach.
• What’s actually happening anatomically — with clear explanations and live Q&A Miriam Haustein, pelvic floor physio.

You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately to feel stronger, more supported, and more at ease in your body.

Expect real talk, practical knowledge, and a supportive space where nothing is too awkward to ask.

No endless Kegels.
No dry workouts.
Just effective, integrated practices paired with expert pelvic floor knowledge.

She teaches that pelvic floor work doesn’t have to become another “to-do” on your list. Instead, it’s about building a relationship with this part of your body: listening, reconnecting, and turning duty into devotion. That’s when the results truly last.

Her training includes Somatic Coaching (ICF), Essentrics Body Conditioning, Aquafit Instructor Training, Yin Yoga, and Somatic Dance.

More on why yOni Soma so valuable

We all know we need to do more for our beloved pelvic floors. Like any muscle in the body, they need regular movement, a combination of strengthening as well as relaxation exercises to keep them happy and supple.

But knowing this isn’t often enough. So we tend to ignore our pelvic floors until they become problematic.

You might have been taught a sequence of exercises to do, but you’re unmotivated to follow through on a regular basis. This is the biggest issue when it comes to pelvic floor health- lack of  motivation.

Or you might have practiced a bit, but didn’t find them very effective anyway. You’re not alone- 40% of us aren’t doing pelvic floor exercises correctly.

What’s usually available “out there” is often:

  • dry, uninspiring exercises that you loose interest in maintaining

  • touchy-feely new age workshops that don’t deal with the practicals of keeping your pelvic floor supple and healthy

  • gizmos that just end up gathering dust

It’s time to shake off the cobwebs and ignite your pelvic floor,

    See you on the inside!
