Aging Backwards Workout @ SIMS
A Full Body Stretch Workout for Flexibility, Mobility & Strength . Includes pelvic floor work and yin yoga. 8 week program at SIMS. Each week we do a full-body low impact workout based on the Essentrics workout. Each week, we also focus on specific areas of the body to increase awareness. Book here.

Focus: Loosen tight hip flexors and strengthen the hips for improved range of motion.Week 2: Glutes and Hamstrings

yOni sOma: a Somatic Pelvic Floor Course for Women
We all know we need to do more for our beloved pelvic floors. Train and tune into the pelvic floor in a way that is fun and empowering. This 6 week journey goes deep as you explore optimal movement for your pelvic floor and body. Feel the difference by developing a deeper awareness of your pelvic floor that goes way beyond regular "Kegels".
Classes are a mix of pelvic floor and full body exercises, tuning into our different muscles for greater control and isolation. Using somatic coaching techniques we develop ways to stay motivated and tuned in. Sessions end with a womb space meditation to feel the full benefits.

Nature Moves: Move, Breathe, Belong
A 5-Week Somatic Movement Journey in Nature
Reconnect with your body and the land in this 5-week guided outdoor series, held every Tuesday from 6–8pm in some of the island’s most stunning natural locations. Each week, we’ll explore a different wild setting — from ocean bluffs to waterfalls, tide pools to forests — offering your body new sensations, rhythms, and ways of being. These landscapes become our teachers, inviting us into deeper presence, aliveness, and ease.
Our sessions begin with a silent walk to arrive in the moment, followed by somatic warm-ups to awaken and ground. You’ll then be guided through a solo movement meditation — a chance to tune into what your body feels, needs, and knows, moving gently and intuitively in response to your environment. There’s no choreography or pressure — just space to breathe, move, and connect.
We'll also include time for journaling, reflection, and optional sharing, building connection with both self and community. We close each evening with a peaceful return walk, integrating the medicine of movement and nature back into everyday life.
This journey is for anyone seeking more embodiment, clarity, and connection — whether you're new to movement or deepening an existing practice. Come as you are, and let the wild guide you home.
