  • Over a period of 90 days we journey through the 6 steps needed to create a love transformation. Each step is initiated through a somatic practice. The following week we coach, then we initiate the next step. Rest and integration are a part of the process with 2 weeks (week 5 and 11) where there are no coaching or somatic sessions.

  • This process will help you connect deeply to yourself, through this process you will be able to either up-level your existing situation or move on.

  • That’s wonderful — you’re already self-aware. The difference here is unlike therapy, we are laser focused on getting you to becoming healthy love ready. This is done with a coaching framework, paired with somatic integration. This helps your body and nervous system catch up to what your mind already understands, so you can experience real change rather than just insight.

  • Coaching is an intentional investment in your growth—and this program is designed to deliver lasting transformation. You’ll receive focused guidance, clear direction, and personalized support every step of the way to create the conditions for healthy love to thrive.

  • Yes. You’ll be introduced to a range of somatic tools — movement, breathwork, embodiment, and guided inquiry. If there is a practice that you’d like to repeat instead of doing a new one or if there’s a practice you don’t resonate with, you can choose something else. I have a good toolbox, and we’ll work together to feel what’s right for you.
