      - Make the decision: commit to healing and draw a line from the past, so you can move forward with self-compassion and clarity. Develop a new way of talking to and about yourself.       - Learn how to feel grounded when alone and lean into your longing, so you can connect with your heart’s true needs.       Over a period of 90 days we journey through the 6 steps needed to create a love transformation. Each step is initiated through a somatic practice. The following week we coach, then we initiate the next step. Rest and integration are a part of the process with 2 weeks (week 5 and 11) where there are no coaching or somatic sessions.

      This process will help you connect deeply to yourself, through this process you will be able to either up-level your existing situation or move on.

      That’s wonderful — you’re already self-aware. The difference here is unlike therapy, we are laser focused on getting you to becoming healthy love ready. This is done with a coaching framework, paired with somatic integration. This helps your body and nervous system catch up to what your mind already understands, so you can experience real change rather than just insight.

If you can’t make the time for this, it’s hard to make time for love. Second hint: When it matters, we often find a way to make the time.

      Yes. You’ll be introduced to a range of somatic tools — movement, breathwork, embodiment, and guided inquiry. If there is a practice that you’d like to repeat instead of doing anew one or if there’s a practice don’t resonate with, you can choose something else. I have a good toolbox, and we’ll work together to feel what’s right for you.
