So why doesn’t pelvic floor care always work?
Too often, women are given:

This workshop is here to change that.
Here’s the truth (and the good news):
Your pelvic floor is living muscle and connective tissues—designed to contract, release, and respond. When you work with the nervous system, the breath and the whole body, it can rebuild strength, coordination, and ease.

In this session, we go beyond exercises. Through a somatic informed approach—using props, longer holds, and guided movement—you’ll start to unwind tension and restore support in a way that actually sticks.

You’ll learn:
• How nervous system work reconnects you to your core for more effective results
• Breath-led practices to build strength, reduce tension, and increase awareness
• How to shift from “I should do this” → to a practice you actually stay devoted to

We’ll be in Helga Beer’s light-filled, fully equipped studio—a small group (12 women max), supportive space to slow down, tune in, and move in new ways.

I’m a somatic coach and movement teacher. I help women come home to their bodies so they can move, age, and love from the inside out—using nervous system work, movement, and real-life integration.
