Are you ready to move past the pain of relationship disappointments?
LOVE RESET: 3 Steps to Trust Yourself in Love Again
If you’re intelligent, self-aware, and have been around the block a few times, you know love isn’t about quick fixes or fairy tales. You’ve done the therapy, read the books, maybe even attended workshops… yet somehow, it still feels like you’re spinning your wheels when it comes to love. Add the prospect of dating into the mix, and it can start to feel like a bit of a crap shoot — leaving you wondering if real, lasting love is even possible.
Sound familiar?
You’re not alone — I'm Sarah, and I used to feel pretty hopeless when it came to shifting my love patterns. That was until I learned how the nervous system affects dating and relationships.
The good news? As The Body Keeps the Score reminds us, our nervous system carries memories — and real change happens when your body feels safe enough to try something new.
The Essence: Reset Your Heart
This end of year reset is an embodied reclaiming of the essential, pure, and wise YOU — so that the prospect of dating becomes an expression of self-trust and joy, not stress or strategy. It’s about undoing learned survival behaviors — shedding the habits of performing, people-pleasing, or protecting yourself in unconscious ways.
Know a woman who might need a little sparkle in the love department? Pass this her way.
What You’ll Experience
Step 1: Feel safe and settled in your own body and heart
So that you can finally allow yourself to imagine love without fear or protection.
Step 2: Release old guilt, shame, and patterns that keep you stuck
So that you can feel warm, held, and understood by yourself — and reclaim your self-trust.
Step 3: Take gentle, embodied steps toward curiosity and openness
So that you can experience a spark of hope and possibility for love and enter 2026 unburdened and open.
Case Study: Betty
Betty started my Ready for Love program, stuck in an unhealthy relationship. Her boyfriend struggled with serious mental health challenges. Although she felt passionate feelings for him, she didn’t feel truly safe. She often questioned whether healthy love was even possible, giving herself excuses like:
“Aren’t all relationships challenging?”
“Maybe I should just accept my lot and stop complaining.”
Through our sessions, we uncovered layers of guilt and failure tied to her divorce a few years prior, as well as family conditioning about how women “should” behave in relationships. She felt like she was failing, terrified of being single, and unable to imagine having a voice, setting boundaries, or seeing herself as wise and precious.
Still, something inside her nudged her to start coaching. While talk therapy had given her comfort and insights, it hadn’t changed the reality of her relationship. In contrast, our work together got real fast. Using my 6-step process, Sophie developed both the language and embodied practice to finally put herself in the driver’s seat of her love life.
After a few months, the relationship ended. But instead of collapsing into old patterns, Sophia took a leap of hope. She tried the Dream BIG practice, daring to imagine that healthy love could be possible.
Three months later, she met a man who ticked nearly every box of what her wise self had envisioned. I love working with clients like Betty! She put in the work and the results were more than she had imagined.

About Sarah:
Hi, I’m Sarah, a women’s somatic coach with a personal journey of breaking free from years of painful relationship patterns. Using somatic tools, I transformed my approach to love and life, and now I guide women in doing the same. I believe that healthy love can be available to us all; beginning with a deep connection to ourselves. Through healing the nervous system and embodying self-love, we create a healthy baseline that is the foundation for attracting and sustaining healthy relationships.
Alongside my coaching, I bring over three decades of teaching experience, where creativity and embodiment have been foundational in fostering self-discovery and feeling alive. My workshops are a space for women to have fun, learn, share and to relish their connection with their heart-body-minds.
