Pelvic floor feeling neglected?

Want to reconnect?

Pelvic floor health isn’t a niche women’s issue.
It’s the foundation of how we move, age, and feel in our bodies.

Dear Women,

Leaking when you sneeze?
Tension during sex?
Pelvic heaviness or reduced sensation?
A dip in libido?

We’re often told this is just “normal,” especially during life transitions like motherhood, menopause, or aging. It doesn’t have to be — and we don’t have to accept this narrative. Because ignoring your pelvic floor comes at a cost: confidence, intimacy, movement, and long-term vitality.

Yet many of us know we should be doing something… but we don’t.

Why?

Too often pelvic floor care looks like this:

• endless reps
• dry, disconnected workouts
• photocopied handouts that gather dust
• silence and shame around talking about “down there”

And when we don’t follow through, we assume the problem is motivation. But the real issue runs deeper. Most women have never been shown how to connect with the core of their body. We’re often deeply disconnected from the waist down. And without connection, strengthening simply doesn’t stick.

This is where Yoni Soma comes in.

Yoni Soma helps you reconnect with the core of your core. Through gentle full bodied movement, breath, and nervous-system-informed practices, you begin to build a pelvic floor that is supple, strong, and responsive.

Inside the program you’ll:

• reconnect with your pelvic floor through awareness and movement
• increase sensation and body intelligence
• cultivate strength and suppleness
• feel more rooted, grounded, and at home in your body
• develop tools that turn “shoulds” into devotion — creating a practice you want to return to again and again

Because your pelvic floor isn’t just a set of muscles to train. It’s living muscle and fascia designed to contract, relax, and respond. With the right input and whole body practices, it can rebuild strength and coordination — helping you release tension, improve control, and feel confident and supported in your body.

“I’m post-menopause and after completing Sarah’s course, to my wonderful surprise, I became multi-orgasmic — something I had never experienced in my entire life.”
— Yoni Soma graduate

Yoni Soma is for women of all ages who want to:

• address pelvic floor issues such as leaks, heaviness, numbness, or tension
• reconnect with their bodies after life transitions such as childbirth, breakups, or menopause
• understand and appreciate their incredible anatomy
• build a relationship with their pelvic floor that supports them for life
• feel inspired and motivated to care for themselves

Pelvic floor care is foundational to how we move, age, feel, and live in our bodies.

It’s time to reconnect.
It’s time to get rooted.

About Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah — a somatic coach and movement teacher.

I help women come home to their bodies so they can move, age, and love from the inside out.

My work blends movement, breath, nervous system regulation, and supportive accountability in a way that’s practical, embodied, and genuinely enjoyable.

I’ve worked with women aged 20 to 86, and I’m deeply committed to making this conversation accessible to all women.

If you’re ready for pelvic floor care that is intelligent, whole-body, and effective, you’re in the right place.

I believe honouring your pelvic floor is the antidote to modern life. We tend to live above the waist, sitting too much and feeling ungrounded and disconnected from our bodies. Not to mention cultural conditioning and taboos about “down below”- it’s no wonder this is an area that gets forgotten.!

Testimonials:

More on why yOni Yoga so valuable

We all know we need to do more for our beloved pelvic floors. Like any muscle in the body, they need regular movement, a combination of strengthening as well as relaxation exercises to keep them happy and supple.

But knowing this isn’t often enough. So we tend to ignore our pelvic floors until they become problematic.

You might have been taught a sequence of exercises to do, but you’re unmotivated to follow through on a regular basis. This is the biggest issue when it comes to pelvic floor health- lack of  motivation.

Or you might have practiced a bit, but didn’t find them very effective anyway. You’re not alone- 40% of us aren’t doing pelvic floor exercises correctly.

What’s usually available “out there” is often:

  • dry, uninspiring exercises that you loose interest in maintaining

  • touchy-feely new age workshops that don’t deal with the practicals of keeping your pelvic floor supple and healthy

  • gizmos that just end up gathering dust

It’s time to shake off the cobwebs and ignite your pelvic floor,

    See you on the inside!
